Summary

This study looks at whether specially trained case managers can reduce the chance of another psychotic episode in young people aged 16 to 30 who have had a first episode. About 256 participants will receive either standard care or extra support from a case manager for 3 years. The goal is to see if this personalized help lowers relapse rates and improves recovery.
