New telehealth program aims to ease emotional burden of advanced cancer

Summary

This study tests a 5-session telehealth program called CASA, designed to help advanced cancer patients (stage III or IV) and their caregivers cope with emotional and spiritual challenges. About 30 patient-caregiver pairs will participate. The goal is to see if the program improves spiritual well-being and reduces anxiety and depression.
