Summary

This study is testing a 5-session telehealth program called CASA that helps advanced cancer patients and their caregivers cope with emotional and spiritual challenges. The program is designed for people with stage III or IV cancer and their caregivers. The goal is to see if it improves well-being and reduces anxiety and depression.
