New knee injection aims to ease arthritis pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests whether CartiPRO, an approved collagen injection, can safely reduce knee pain in people with osteoarthritis or cartilage damage. About 194 adults will receive two injections 24 weeks apart. Researchers will measure pain, knee function, and quality of life over 36 weeks to see if CartiPRO works as well as a standard treatment.
