NCT ID NCT06243848

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: an ultrasound-guided injection around the median nerve and a small-incision surgery to release the nerve. Researchers will enroll 60 people with mild to severe carpal tunnel and measure their pain and symptoms at 4 and 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the injection works as well as surgery for easing symptoms.
