Summary
This study tests a stent (Carotid WALLSTENT) used with a special brain protection system (ENROUTE NPS) in 60 Chinese patients with narrowed carotid arteries. The goal is to see if the combination can be safely delivered to prevent strokes. Patients must have significant artery narrowing and either have had a recent stroke or mini-stroke, or be symptom-free with high-grade narrowing.
