Summary
This study tests a special drink with carob extract (NUTIFOOD) to see if it helps people with prediabetes manage their blood sugar. About 30 adults with prediabetes will drink either the carob product or a placebo for a period, and researchers will measure changes in blood sugar and insulin levels. The goal is to find a simple dietary supplement that can help control blood sugar and prevent progression to diabetes.
