This study looks at whether training caregivers helps children with childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) improve their speech more during therapy. Forty children aged 2 to 7 will receive standard speech therapy (DTTC) twice a week for 8 weeks. Some caregivers will get direct coaching during sessions to help with home practice, while others will only watch. The goal is to see which group shows better word accuracy.
