Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with major depression that hasn't improved with standard treatments. Thirty participants will receive a single session that combines psychotherapy, a type of brain stimulation called TMS, and either real or fake electrical brain stimulation. The main goal is to see if this one-time treatment is safe and practical, and to check if it quickly eases depression symptoms.
