Summary
This study compares two different exercise programs using video games (exergames) to see if they can improve balance, thinking, and behavior in people with Huntington's disease. The study will involve 40 adults with early-stage Huntington's. Each program combines physical activity and mental challenges, but in different ways, to find which approach works best.
