Summary
This study looks at what happens to the heart and breathing during a hot flush in women after menopause. Researchers will use a special heating pad to try to trigger hot flushes and measure blood pressure, skin temperature, and heart rate. The goal is to understand if hot flushes can be safely studied in a lab and how body fat might affect them. The study involves 60 women, some with and some without hot flushes.
