French hospital hunts for hidden clues to predict heart attacks

NCT ID NCT04809506

Summary

This study aims to collect blood samples from 1,500 patients to discover new biological markers that can better predict who will have future heart attacks or strokes. Participants will have regular check-ups over several years while researchers analyze their samples to identify warning signs that current risk factors miss. The goal is to improve early detection and enable more personalized prevention strategies for cardiovascular disease.
