Summary

This study looks at how osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease) affects the heart and lungs. Researchers will measure lung function and use CT scans in 18 adults to find out why breathing problems are the leading cause of death in this condition. No new treatment is being tested; the goal is to better understand the disease.
