Summary
This study is testing whether a special clinic focused on heart health and weight management can help obese adults with heart disease lose weight and improve their health. Researchers will track weight, body mass index, and belly fat over 12 months. The study involves 60 participants who will also have their blood pressure and diet quality checked.
