Summary
This study looks at whether a special clinic focused on heart health and weight can help obese adults with heart disease lose weight and improve their health. About 60 participants will be followed for 12 months to measure weight loss, body mass index, and belly fat. The goal is to see if this combined approach leads to better outcomes.
