Summary

This study is testing whether sending quarterly feedback emails to heart doctors helps them follow treatment guidelines more closely for patients with heart failure or atrial fibrillation. It involves about 7,000 patients who have visited a cardiology clinic recently. The goal is to see if this simple reminder system improves how often doctors prescribe recommended medications.
