Summary

This study tested whether a salmon oil supplement called CARDIO® could reduce asthma attacks in adults. 70 people with asthma took either the supplement or a placebo for 20 weeks while continuing their usual asthma medications. The goal was to see if the supplement's anti-inflammatory properties could help prevent moderate or severe asthma flare-ups.
