Summary
This study tests whether injecting a child's own heart stem cells (JRM-001) into the heart after reconstructive surgery can improve heart function. It includes 40 children with a single ventricle heart defect who are scheduled for a second or third stage surgery. The goal is to see if the stem cells help the heart pump better and are safe to use.
