Summary
This study aims to understand how different heart patients recover during rehabilitation after procedures like surgery or heart attacks. Researchers will follow 10,000 patients for up to 10 years, collecting health data and samples to identify what factors lead to better long-term outcomes. The goal is to use this information to improve personalized rehab programs in the future, but no experimental treatments are being tested.
