Summary

This study looks at whether a short, structured exercise and breathing program (phase one cardiac rehab) helps people recover better after heart valve replacement surgery. Researchers will measure oxygen levels, lung function, walking ability, and quality of life in 60 participants. The goal is to see if this rehab approach improves recovery compared to standard care alone.
