New program aims to get cardiac arrest survivors back to work

NCT ID NCT05173740

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized rehabilitation program helps survivors of sudden cardiac arrest return to work better than standard care alone. It will involve 214 adult survivors who were working before their cardiac arrest. The main goal is to see if more people are back at work one year after leaving the hospital with the extra support.
