Summary

This study is testing whether carbon ion radiotherapy can help frail pancreatic cancer patients who are too weak for surgery or chemotherapy. The treatment uses a special type of radiation that may better target tumors while sparing healthy tissue. Researchers will track survival, tumor control, side effects, and quality of life in 33 participants over two years.
