Summary
This study tests two medicines—carbetocin (given through a vein) and misoprostol (given as a rectal tablet)—to see which works better at preventing dangerous heavy bleeding after vaginal delivery in women with risk factors. About 146 women will take part. The goal is to find the safest, most effective way to protect mothers from postpartum hemorrhage.
