NCT ID NCT07249073

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD19 and BCMA) on myeloma cells is safe for people whose cancer has returned or stopped responding to treatment. Nine participants will receive the therapy and be monitored for side effects and signs of tumor shrinkage. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the approach can control the disease.
