Scientists test 'Living Drug' to reboot immune system in Graves' disease
NCT ID NCT07333677
Summary
This early study is testing a new type of treatment called HN2301 for people with Graves' disease that hasn't responded well to standard medications. The treatment aims to use the patient's own immune cells, modified inside the body, to target and control the disease. A small group of participants will receive the therapy and be monitored for safety and to see if it can lead to lasting remission without needing daily thyroid drugs.
