Summary

This study tests a new treatment called HN2301 for people with Graves' disease that hasn't improved with standard therapy. HN2301 uses a special injection to turn the body's own immune cells into cells that attack the overactive thyroid. The goal is to safely bring thyroid levels back to normal without needing lifelong medication. Only 5 participants will be enrolled in this early-phase trial.
