Summary

This phase 2 trial tests a new treatment called Senl_B19 CAR-T cells for people aged 3 to 25 with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve remission three months after treatment.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for children and young adults with hard-to-treat B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

What could go wrong
