Immune cell therapy tested in fight against tough testicular cancers

NCT ID NCT05634785

Summary

This study tested a personalized immune cell therapy for adults with a hard-to-treat type of testicular cancer that had come back or worsened after standard treatments. Doctors collected and modified a patient's own immune cells (T cells) to better target and attack cancer cells. The main goals were to see if the treatment could shrink tumors and to learn how long these modified cells survived in the body.
