Summary
This study is testing a new therapy called CD19 CAR T cells for people with severe autoimmune diseases that have not improved with standard treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to target and remove the cells causing the disease. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to find the right dose, while also checking if it helps control the autoimmune condition.
