Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new personalized cell therapy called AZD0120 for adults with multiple sclerosis (MS) that has not responded well to other high-efficacy treatments. The main goal is to check the safety and side effects of the treatment and to find the best dose for future studies. About 24 participants with either relapsing or progressive forms of MS will be enrolled to receive the therapy.
