New 'Living Drug' trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat head and neck cancers
NCT ID NCT06096038
Summary
This study is testing a new, experimental treatment called CAR-T cell therapy for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see what side effects occur. Researchers will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target the cancer, and then infuse them back into the patient.
