Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called ide-cel for people with multiple myeloma that has come back after many treatments and a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if the quality of a patient's own immune cells, used to make the therapy, affects how well it works to prevent the cancer from returning. The main goal is to see if they can successfully make enough of these modified cells for treatment.
