Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called CART19 for adolescents and young adults with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them to target lupus-causing B cells, and reinfuse them. The trial first checks if the treatment is safe, then measures how well it controls lupus activity and kidney problems.
