Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental treatment called P-CD19CD20-ALLO1 in 162 adults with severe lupus that hasn't improved with standard therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to target and potentially reset the immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if it can reduce disease activity, possibly allowing patients to stop other medications.
