First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called CHT105 for people with lupus nephritis that hasn't improved with standard care. CHT105 uses donor immune cells engineered to find and destroy the faulty immune cells driving the disease. Fourteen adults will receive a single infusion after a short chemotherapy prep, then be followed for a year to check safety and kidney response.
