Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment for adults with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells that make too much of a protein called GPC3. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can shrink tumors.
