Summary

This study tests a special cell therapy (CAR T) for children and young adults whose leukemia has not responded to standard treatments or has returned. About 25 participants will receive modified immune cells designed to attack cancer cells, along with chemotherapy to prepare the body. Researchers aim to find the best chemotherapy dose and see how long the therapy lasts and how well it works.
