Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for acute myeloid leukemia that has returned or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to recognize and attack leukemia cells. The study aims to find the safest dose and understand side effects in about 27 adults.
