Personalized immune cell army joins fight against rare, Fast-Moving cancer

NCT ID NCT05672173

Summary

This study tests a three-part treatment for Richter's transformation, a fast-growing and hard-to-treat lymphoma. It combines a personalized immune cell therapy (made from the patient's own blood) with two other drugs that help the immune system attack cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can achieve deep, lasting remissions for up to 20 patients who have not responded well to prior treatments.
