Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called KN5601 for people with a rare autoimmune disease called IgG4-related disease that has come back or not responded to standard care. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) to target and calm the overactive immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if the disease can go into remission without needing steroids.
