New 'Supercharged' immune cell therapy tested for tough blood cancers

NCT ID NCT07444632

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new cell therapy for adults with advanced lymphomas or leukemia that has come back or not responded to other treatments. Doctors will give patients specially modified immune cells (called CAR-NK cells) made from donated cord blood, after a short course of chemotherapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment helps control the cancer.
