Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new type of cell therapy for people with advanced lung cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard treatments. The therapy uses specially modified 'natural killer' immune cells designed to recognize and attack cancer cells that have two specific markers. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it shows early signs of shrinking tumors.
