Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) in 12 children with B cell-related autoimmune diseases like lupus or kidney disease. The goal is to see if it is safe and can control the disease by targeting faulty immune cells. Participants will be monitored for side effects and treatment response.
