This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered immune cells (called CAR-NK cells) from donated cord blood, given alongside chemotherapy, for people with advanced kidney cancer, mesothelioma, or bone cancer. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps control the disease. About 50 participants will be enrolled.
