Summary

This study tested a new combination of drugs (carfilzomib, clarithromycin, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) in 74 people with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. The goal was to see how well the treatment worked and if it was safe. After the initial treatment, patients continued on a maintenance drug. The study is now complete, and researchers are analyzing the results.
