Summary
This large international trial aims to find the best treatments to slow the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and prevent kidney failure. It will test multiple medications or combinations in adults with CKD over two-year periods. The innovative 'platform' design allows researchers to efficiently compare different treatments and quickly identify the most effective ones.
