Wrist fracture showdown: screws vs wires – which heals better?

Summary
This study compares two common surgical techniques for fixing a broken wrist: cannulated screws and K-wires. About 34 adults with a specific type of wrist fracture will be treated with one of the two methods. The goal is to see which approach leads to better bone healing and hand function, with fewer complications.
