This study tested a counseling program adapted for young adults (ages 13-35) who have early psychosis and use cannabis. The program aimed to reduce cannabis use and help manage psychosis symptoms by providing education and planning to stay engaged in care. Seventeen participants completed the pilot, and researchers measured changes in cannabis use and symptom severity.
