Summary

This study follows 600 Black and White adults with solid tumor cancer to see how they use cannabis, opioids, and tobacco, and how that affects their pain, sleep, and quality of life. Participants use a smartphone app to report symptoms daily for 84 days and complete surveys for a year. The goal is to learn whether cannabis use helps reduce pain and opioid use, especially among Black patients who often experience worse pain.
