Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a cannabis-based medication (Dronabinol) affects the immune system and genes in people living with HIV. Researchers will compare 160 participants, both with and without HIV, who have used cannabis before. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how cannabis interacts with the body's immune response, which could inform future health policies and research.
