Summary
This study is testing whether using cannabis (marijuana) during a specific trauma therapy helps veterans with PTSD. Researchers will give some participants cannabis and others a placebo before therapy sessions to see if it makes the treatment more effective at reducing symptoms like anxiety and flashbacks. The goal is to learn if cannabis can be a helpful addition to standard therapy for improving mental health.
